How to book

Checking Availability 

We have an online calendar for each cottage, showing availability in green.
Start dates are shown in dark green, while light green dates are available to book as part of a holiday. Red dates are already booked. 

Checking Prices

• Please use the online calendar for the particular cottage you are interested in
• Just select the chosen month, and click on a start date (shown in dark green) 
• The dropdown box will allow you to select the length of stay 
• The price will be shown in the dropdown box. 

How to book

• Thank you for choosing to book a holiday with us.
• Once you have clicked on a start date, select the length of stay from the drop down options.
• Click on “Confirm and Continue”,  to  proceed to our secure booking system to make the booking and pay the deposit
• You will receive a confirmation of your payment having been processed.
• A holiday booking confirmation with be emailed to you
• Please give us a call on 01223 367314 if you do not get the email (in case its been mistyped) and we can sort it out for you

Payments

Deposit:  A 25% deposit is payable on booking. We accept debit /credit cards.
Balance:  The 75% balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday commences, and you receive a reminder with payment link  when it is due.
Last Minute bookings: The full payment is due if the holiday is less than 8 weeks away.

Making a reservation: If you’d prefer, you can phone us on 01223 367314 to make a booking, or ask us to reserve some dates while you check with family.

Points to note:

• Changeover days are normally a Saturday, but we are flexible outside the main Easter to October half-term season.
• All Cottages & all buildings on site are non-smoking.
• There are no meters at the cottage.
• Electicity is included.
• Central heating is included.
• Bed linen is provided and beds are made up ready for your arrival.
• A set of two bathroom towels are provided for each guest over the age of 3 years.
• Please bring your own swim & beach towels
• There is a £100 refundable security deposit payable with each booking.
• A travel cot, high chair, toddler step & bedguard can be provided free of charge.
• Wifi provided free of charge.
• There is an additonal charge for each dog of £30 per stay
• We are members of the Professional Association of Self-Caterers UK
• Our cottages are inspected & passed annually by Cornish Quality
• Our cottages have annual fire  equipment inspections, and PAT testing for your peace of mind
